Any form of rudeness or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave.

 

Please treat other guests with the same respect and consideration you expect in return.

 

The Manor is a safe, inclusive space where all guests have been carefully vetted; therefore, appropriate behaviour is expected and must be maintained at all times.

 

To protect the privacy and atmosphere of the Manor, phones are not permitted within the venue and must be kept in your lockers for the duration of your stay.

 

The only photography allowed is by our professional photographers during the event, or by prior arrangement when hiring the studio for private shoots.

 

If you are found taking photographs without permission, you will be asked to leave and your membership may be revoked.

 

If you purchase tickets for an event and fail to attend on two occasions without notice, you will no longer be permitted to book future events.

 

We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend, you inform us in advance — it’s simple and courteous.
